This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Seaspray. Please review it carefully before placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery Options

Free Shipping

We offer free standard 48-hour UK shipping on all domestic orders over £100.


Shipping Rates

Delivery times are provided in good faith but are estimates only. We will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Refund Adjustment for Returns

If you received free shipping on an order over £100 and return items that bring the total below £100, a £5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Example:

  • Original order: £120

  • Returned item: £30

  • New order total: £90

  • Refund issued: £30 - £5.99 = £24.01


International Deliveries

We offer worldwide shipping, but free standard UK shipping does not apply to international orders.

Customs & Import Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or clearance fees applied by their country. These costs are not covered by Seaspray.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees or failure to collect, we will not refund the original shipping cost and return fees may apply.

Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.


Delayed Orders

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Here’s how we handle such situations:

  • Notification: If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email or phone with the reason and an updated delivery estimate.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your contact details and delivery information are accurate. If your address is difficult to find or access, let us know when placing your order.

  • Options for Delays:

    • You may cancel your order for a full refund if it is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

    • In some cases, we may upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost to expedite delivery.

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters

    • Strikes or courier issues

    • Customs clearance

    • Peak seasons (e.g., holidays)
