Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@seaspray.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and We’ve listened to your feedback and updated our returns process to make it faster and easier. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

     ●     If an order initially qualified for free delivery on purchases over £100, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if an item is returned, and the remaining order total falls below £100. In such cases, a shipping fee of £5.99 will be applied. For instance, let's say a customer purchases items totaling £120, qualifying for free shipping. If they return an item worth £30, bringing the total order amount to £90, the £5.99 shipping fee will be charged on the refund. So, if the refunded amount would have been £30, it will instead be £24.01 (£30 - £5.99).

     ●     Return Policy for "Buy One, Get Second 50% Off" Offer If you have purchased items under our Buy One, Get the Second 50% Off promotion, the following return conditions apply: 1. Returning Both Items o If you return both items, you will receive a full refund, provided they meet our standard return policy criteria (unworn, tags attached, within the return window). 2. Returning Only the Full-Priced Item o If you choose to return the full-priced item but keep the discounted item, the discount will no longer be valid. o The refund will be adjusted so that you pay the full price for the item you kept. Example: If you bought one item for $100 and the second for $50 (after discount), returning the $100 item means you will now be charged the full price for the $50 item, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly. 3. Returning Only the Discounted Item. If you return only the discounted item, you will be refunded the discounted amount you paid for it, not the original price. 4. Exchanges o If you wish to exchange an item, the discount will still apply to the replacement item. If the replacement item is of a different price, the cost will be adjusted accordingly. 5. Final Sale & Exceptions o Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
